MEET THE Owner
Meet the Owner,
Dustin Riggs
Building homes has never just been about construction for me — it’s about people, stories, and creating a place where memories are made. As the founder and project manager of Idaho Impact Homes, I take pride in walking alongside clients from the first idea on paper to the moment they step into their finished home.
I’ve always believed that a home should feel like it was built for you — not just in the way it looks, but in how it lives. That’s why I pour myself into the details, making sure each step of the process is done with integrity and care.
I’m fortunate to collaborate with Krishina, an award-winning designer whose eye for floor plans and finishes has shaped many of our most recognized homes. While she has stepped back from the day-to-day operations, I still consult with her when developing new layouts or selecting finishes that bring a design to life.
Winning multiple Parade of Homes awards has been a meaningful recognition of our work, but the real reward for me is seeing the excitement on a family’s face when they step into their new home for the first time. At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to build homes that make a lasting impact on the people who live in them and the communities they’re part of.
